Service Description

Get Nifty provides AI SEO, answer engine optimization, brand hub creation, conversion web design, and motion content services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for each engagement are defined at the time of purchase or in a separate service agreement.

Engagement Terms

By purchasing a service or subscription, you agree to these terms. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. One-time packages are non-refundable once work has commenced. We reserve the right to decline or terminate an engagement if the project scope changes materially from what was agreed.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial purchase. Failed payments may result in service suspension until the balance is resolved.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you - including designs, copy, and video assets. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or templates we use remain our property.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to accounts, content, and feedback needed to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by late client input may extend delivery timelines accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

Get Nifty provides services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled through arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
