We collaborated with an agency to serve a Swedish service apartment booking company that was facing challenges with slow, manual processes for supplier outreach and property management, which hindered their ability to manage growing inquiry volumes. To solve this, we developed an AI-driven platform that automated tasks such as property search, supplier identification, email generation, follow-up calls, and price comparison. Using AI, APIs, and cloud technologies, the system boosted their capacity to process 15 inquiries daily (up from 5), contact up to 10 suppliers per inquiry, and automate 500 follow-up calls each day. It also streamlined image and pricing management, allowing staff to focus on client relationships and service improvements. This solution enabled the company to scale efficiently while maintaining top-tier service quality.

This significantly reduced time spent on administrative tasks, allowing clinicians to focus more on direct patient care and treatment planning.
